Drug Testing in the New Millennium: Hair Testing! - Tim Dimoff will discuss the difference in hair testing versus Urine testing. Additionally, information will be provided on adulteration, legal issues the time period that a hair screen covers, the collection process and how it is beneficial to employers. The Corporate Cop - There's new need in corporate legal circles, thanks to killings and maiming in the workplace. There's a new angst in HR departments, thanks to sexual harassment and theft and drug abuse in the parking lot. But who's this entering the fray? A new breed of consultant comes striding out of law enforcement's jaded ranks to fill those needs. He's the Corporate Cop. And he's out to wrest the reins from weakling employees and give them back to the CEO's.

Corporations are "Crying Uncle," weary of spending $10,000 per employee ($100 billion industry total) to repair drug abuse fallout. They're drug testing like crazy (97 percent of large corporations drug test, despite drawbacks in urine testing and the ACLU's cry for alternatives).
