Timothy A. Dimoff,

Timothy A. Dimoff is president of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc.considered one of the nation's leaders in high-risk workplace management. Available as a speaker, trainer, investigator and author, Dimoff champions for drug-free workplaces and schools and provides integrated human resource solutions for corporations across the nation.

Following 20 years of investigative law enforcement as an Akron, Ohio narcotics detective, Dimoff began SACS Consulting as a means of helping corporations gain control of spiraling workplace crime. He is frequently sought as a keynote speaker and expert legal witness.

Dimoff's interviews are peppered with dramatic, real-life cases of undercover drug busts, criminal activity, drug testing scenarios and company turn-arounds after solutions were implemented. He has appeared nationally on radio, television and in major newspapers, including an April 2000 segment on "Stolen Identity" for Dateline NBC, a March 2001 segment on CNN for "Workplace 2001...Laid Off & Locked Out" and in several major newspapers including Chicago Tribune, New York Times, L.A. Times and the Wall Street Journal. Topics include: substance abuse and violence prevention, background checks, hair and urine drug testing, stolen identity, on-the-job crime and drug investigations, sexual harassment, employee motivation and anti-drug policies.

Dimoff addresses corporations, schools and parents through six books, including "How To Recognize Substance Abuse," "The YOU in Business," and "Life Rage," his chilling examination of societal rage and safeguards against it."

Winner of innumerable state and local awards for business, safety, leadership and civic achievement, Dimoff and SACS Consulting were awarded the "Weatherhead 100 Award" as one of Ohio's fastest-growing companies. He is a member of the Technical Advisory Services of America, a national expert witness service used by attorneys across the nation; the Ohio and International Narcotic Associations; the Ohio and National Society for Human Resource Managers; and the American Society for Industrial Security.


Louise Hafner,

Louise Hafner, Director of Human Resources, comes to SACS with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Her background includes:

Professional affiliations include past member of A.S.P.A., Women's Networks and American Business Women's Association, serving terms as President and Treasurer. She is presently active in the Summit County Safety Council, the SACS representative to the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce, and is also a Notary Public for the State of Ohio.

Leslie Schneider,

Leslie Schneider, Corporate Trainer, comes to SACS with over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management and Training. She has held HR Manager positions in retail, the citrus industry, healthcare and financial arenas. Her background includes staffing, interviewing, benefits, employee relations, training and developing, and outplacement.

During the past six years, Schneider has designed and conducted seminars/workshops for leaders and management in helping to develop their leadership skills and understanding how their style affects others. Topics include: effective communication skills, conflict management, team building, coaching, delegation, planning/goal setting and personality profiles.

Schneider is teaming with SACS to conduct the corporate training programs offered to managers and their employees.

She is an active member of the Tallmadge Chamber of Commerce, Stow/Munroe Falls Chamber. Leslie is a graduate of the School of Biblical Studies and is the Director of Administration for the Akron Shalom Bible College.


Karen Bosecker,

Karen Bosecker, Office Manager, has been with SACS since 1997. She oversees the
  • Organization of scheduling and billing for investigation and undercover assignments;
  • is the contact person for SACS clients - keeping them informed and answering questions;
  • handles all office administrating duties
With her previous background in the restaurant arena as a manager and serving others, it is easy to understand why our clients always compliment SACS on her professionalism and personality.

Michelle Dimoff,

Michelle Dimoff is responsible for coordination of all financial accounts including receivables, billings, deposits, business checking account, and monthly/yearly balance sheets. Addtionally, Michelle coordinates all aspects of payroll and insurance services for SACS Consulting's employees.

Daryl Lengyel,

Daryl Lengyel has been involved in the Transportation Industry for over 28 years. In 1989 Daryl became involved with the new Federal CDL Driving Requalifications. He quickly became "The Expert" in this field. Mr. Lengyel developed several training programs to help private businesses and national organizations to meet their new CDL requirements. Daryl Lengyel's unique approach in training has given him the recognition, by using a variety of instructional techniques to increase the student's comprehension of complex information. Mr. Lengyel's program facilitates the student's success rate to be extremely high in passing any CDL or Federal requirements.

Currently Daryl has contracts with Fortune 500 Companies and other medium and small size companies, which utilize his professional experience and knowledge to meet their CDL and D.O.T standards. Companies or individuals that have worked with Daryl have experienced great success with his Training Programs.


Devi Gursahaney,

With a gentle smile and a spirit of compassion, Devi (Devyani) Gursahaney has provided human resources training and consulting in India and the U.S. Her unique approach to organizational development and staff training combine a cross-cultural perspective with a strong commitment to introducing compassion in the work place in this country. She loves working with people and teaching them how to build community across differences through respect, understanding and creativity. She has worked with a variety of organizations including universities, professional associations, non-profit agencies, manufacturing companies and religious institutions. She has presented at international conferences and has facilitated diverse groups with creative activities to resolve conflicts, manage cross-cultural communication, celebrate diversity and renew spirit. With one Masters degree in Social Work and another in Organizational Development, she incorporates a multi-disciplinary and creative approach with "Eastern Flare" into her training sessions. Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English, her transnational experiences guide her understanding of the global challenges and opportunities organizations and communities face today.

Thomas Dangel,

Thomas Dangel, Sales & Marketing Director, brings over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing to SACS. Working nationally with major companies over the years, Tom has developed contacts and relationships with in the following industries: automotive; industrial; manufacturing; transportation; construction; municipal; education, food processing and health care. Tom is responsible for maintaining a solid relationship with our existing clients and meeting with new customers to identify solutions for their companies.

Tom represents SACS at the Fairlawn Chamber of Commerce.


Robert A. Foraker,

Robert A. Foraker, Finance Ethics Director, is a financial consultant with Private Merchant Banking experience in Privatization, Infrastructures, Banking and Computer Technology. He has been on the leading edge of technology for over 30 years. Bob was first involved in Banking, designing and implementing advanced real-time computer systems, managing operations and then selling the technology to other institutions through his own Financial Systems Marketing company. The past ten years, Bob has been involved with the Private Capital Market in Privatizing Eastern Europe, wireless communications, and a new business development group involved in writing financial transactions for the Private Market.

Known as a visionary, Bob brings to SACS expertise in marketing and customer relations to help drive us through this new millennium.

Bob is listed in Who's Who in Finance, International and America and others. He is a past member of the Beverly Hills Toastmasters, a board member for the Global Clean Air ACT, and Trustee for the NOx Depository Trust.


Donald Haus,

With 26 years of experience in the government and military, including Homeland Defense and Military Assistance and Operation Programs, Mr. Haus is focused on enhancing the marketability, applicability and sustainability of SACS Consulting Security Reviews and Vulnerability Assessments and Solutions. He is a Decorated Army Colonel with a proven record of excellence and numerous commendations, including more than 10 military-service awards. As a holder of an M.B.A., he offers a unique combination of business and Homeland Security expertise.

Dave Hunt,

Dave Hunt has been responsible for safety/security and compliance management in general industry and construction management for 21 years. Dave's last assignment was at the Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Plant Construction project in Indianapolis, Indiana where he worked as Safety Coordinator.

Dave has been involved with numerous clients in the past working as General Manager/Safety Professional for a Private Consulting firm and Marketing/Consultant/Trainer for another.

Other major assignments included being the Plant Synchronous Manufacturing Coordinator/Instructor while working for General Motors. During Dave's career with G.M. he initiated the "Just in Time" process and "Throughput Improvement Team" for the plant operations during the time he developed the "Pull Board Light System" used throughout the entire plant. Additional assignments were as follows: Acted as Plant Liaison for "Share the Spares" (parts sharing with other plants) and was Developer of the plant "Preventive Maintenance Program" and " Maintenance Expeditor Process" for the Plant. Additionally Dave worked as Material Control Cribs Supervisor for the Chemical/Material Storage and Disbursement facilities, as well as being Senior Manufacturing Designer and Project Engineer.

Later in Dave's career he became involved and trained in security analysis and vulnerability assessment processes. Dave has conducted several security analysis and vulnerability assessment projects for several national Fortune 100 companies across the U.S.

Dave is now one of the lead security experts for SACS Consulting's national security Expert Analysis TEAM (EAT).

Dave has received extensive training in management, security and safety and holds numerous certificates in these fields.
