The odds are, YOU will be a victim of "Life Rage."

Tim Dimoff examines social violence trends and tells how to protect your employees, students, children, ... yourself. Tim predicts that three out of five people will be affected by criminal or drug induced behavior this year. U.S. Justice Department statistics say that more than one million U.S. workers become victims of workplace assaults each year, and the FBI says incidents of employees attacking or killing co-workers has doubled in the past decade. Mr. Dimoff shares inside law enforcement knowledge for identifying, preventing and solving the ravages of "Life Rage," his unique term to describe an increasing and frightening phenomenon.

Who is Tim Dimoff?

Dimoff is a national speaker, author and trainer in high-risk social crime. President of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc. in Akron, Ohio, he recently made groundbreaking news in employment security by forming an alliance with Omega Laboratories, Inc. to open the first hair-test lab/security alliance, providing advanced controls against workplace drugs and crime.

Operating as The Workplace Solutions Group, Dimoff and his affiliates are at the vanguard in setting up drug policies in combination with pre-employment hair and urine testing, expert witness, safety compliance and comprehensive security planning. The new entity maximizes pre-employment and employment safeguards for increased control over corporate, school and public facility management.

Dimoff has appeared on Dateline and is a recognized expert witness for legal cases. He is the author of two books in his field: "How To Recognize Substance Abuse" and a soon-to-be-published account of "Life Rage: How to Protect Yourself and Your Children Against An Increasingly Angry Society."

Expertise

As corporate and educational entities face a barrage of negative human resource issues, SACS Consulting and Tim Dimoff help put them back in control.

As the "Corporate Cop," Mr. Dimoff implements state-of-the art drug testing and security programs and policies; trains human resource managers on protocol for conflict mediation and crisis management; and provides undercover investigations, background checks and expert witness in litigation.

QUOTE: the workplace awry:
"Negative workers are in control. They're getting away with going against the grain because management has no confidence and no backing, and is afraid of lawsuits in everything from hiring to firing. Companies are walking on eggshells to avoid having to pay attorneys high prices to prove they did the right thing. Even when they win the case, they're losing the battle in terms of finances and company resources."

Speaking Engagements

Mr. Dimoff addresses human resource employees, safety forces, school boards, sales conventions and organizations on any of the following topics:
  • Drug and Alcohol solutions for the workplace, school, home
  • Undercover investigations
  • Helping attorneys "kick butt" on behalf of the employer for once
  • Managing Employee Confrontations
  • Violence in the Workplace
  • Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
  • Smart Hiring (Background Checks)
  • Self-Defense and Liability Reduction

Media Questions:

  1. Is hair testing for substance abuse more effective than urine testing?
  2. Employees say their motivators are pay, benefits and perks. Have you found that to be true?
  3. You've said a company can turn an 85 % drug-free work force into 100 percent clean within a matter of months. How?
  4. The U.S. is only 6% of the world population but we consume approximately 60 to 70 percent of all the world's illegal drugs. In your new book, "Life Rage," you identify several ways America could improve those statistics. Could you elaborate?
  5. An estimated 95% of people who try crack cocaine are psychologically addicted the first time they try it. Crack is 85% pure. Heroin is on a big comeback since it went from a 4% purity to a 50-70% purity today. Cocaine is no longer an alley drug. With 5,000 Americans trying it for the first time every day in the U.S., what is the worst mistake an employer can make in hiring a new employee?
  6. Marijuana has over 400 chemicals unlit and produces more than 2,000 chemicals when burning. It is 200 times stronger than it was in the 1960's. One marijuana cigarette is equal to a whole pack of regular cigarettes in its damage to the lungs. Yet, for the first time in American history marijuana is the drug of choice over alcohol for American teenagers. Why is this? How can parents and schools combat this?
  7. You've said that authority figures can"kick butt" against criminal behavior, but with all the privacy issues and law suits, their hands are all too often tied. How can employers take control?
  8. 40-47% of all industrial injuries and deaths are alcohol related. Over 70% of all theft from businesses is internal employees. What are the answers to cleaning up employee crime?
  9. Workplace violence is down, but employee-on-employee confrontations have increased ten-fold. What steps can an employer take to maintain discipline?
  10. You call yourself the "Corporate Cop"? Why?
