Court Rules That Religious Employee Must Cooperate!

                

Workers who ask their employers to accomodate their religious beliefs must cooperate in finding an acceptable accommodation or forfeit any later Title VII claim, a panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled. Keep this in mind and make sure to note this in dealing with employees with such issues.
