Evesdropping Notification of Employees Prevented From Becoming Law!

                

The Notice of Electronic Monitoring Act (H.R. 4908) has been pulled from consideration by Congress as a result of pressure from special interest groups across the U.S. This Bill would have required employers to notify employees initially, and at least annually, of any electronic monitoring or communications or computer usage. It would have also required describing the means and frequency of such practices and the intended storage, usage and disclosure of information gathered.
