Health Can Be a Factor In Hiring Decisions: Supreme Court:

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that an employer may refuse to hire an individual with a medical condition for a job that could worsen the individual's problem. The company does not violate ADA with this type of hiring procedure the court has ruled. The ruling came in Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Echazabal
