Is A Lifting Restriction A "Disability" Under The ADA?

According to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the answer is generally "No." The Court has ruled that no less than six times that lifting restrictions of varying degrees do NOT constitute disabilities within the meaning of the ADA.
